Stucco is a decorative painting technique that allows to create textures similar to marble and natural stone on walls and ceilings. The basic material is completely natural and ecological. It is composed of mortar (lime, plaster and cement) mixed with natural pigments and marble dust. Wall plastering consists of applying successive very thin layers until the desired result is achieved. On the last layer of stucco on the wall, it is usual to polish with a wax glove or apply some kind of finishing texture.
